3. What formats are your eBooks available in?
Our eBooks are available in the popular PDF format, ensuring compatibility with most e-readers, tablets, smartphones, and computers.

4. Do I need a special app to read the eBooks?
Most devices have built-in apps for reading eBooks in PDF file format (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader). However, you can also download the FREE Adobe Reader from Adobe’s website.

5. Is there a limit to how many times I can download my eBook?
Yes, once you purchase an eBook, you can download it 3 times as you need. Your purchase will remain accessible in your account to do so. That should be more than enough times since once you have downloaded the eBooks to your device, there is no longer a need to have it constantly available on our website.

6. Can I share my eBook with others?
Our eBooks are for personal use only and are protected by copyright laws. Sharing or distributing purchased eBooks without permission is prohibited.

7. What if I lose my downloaded eBook?
No problem! You can log in to your account and re-download the eBook up to 3 times at any time.

8. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the eBook has been downloaded. As you can imagine, digital products are not like physical products such as a dress, shirt, piece of furniture, etc., meaning once the file is on your device, you already received the benefits of the products or can easily make multiple file copies, which means returning it to us is of no value. With physical products such as clothes, housewares, tools, etc., that would not be the case. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

9. How do I contact customer support?

10. Are there any free eBooks available?
No, we don’t offer free eBooks because we spend a significant amount of time. money, and other resources to research and write them.
